Currant™ Starter Kit (All)

I was skeptical buying these because of mixed reviews so I thought the only way to know if they worked out was to try them myself !1. As mentioned in other reviews, the cleaning pads come dry but I'm not really sure they are needed ;2. Very easy to use, although if you're like me and don't have anyone to help you, cutting the strips with your non-dominant hand can be a little challenging haha ;3. I work in a hospital and need to wash my hands very often (hand sanitizer and or soap and water). I've been wearing these for only a day but they seem to hold on strongly and nothing has moved or been scratched or chipped ;4. I did need to cure them a little more than 60 seconds. I did 90 seconds, filed them and then cured again for 60 secs ;5. The finish is very shiny and beautiful. Had many compliments and people asked if they were salon nails ;6. If anyone is wondering if you can keep them longer than you natural nails in order to add some length, in my experience the answer is no. The part of the strip that isn't applied on the nail won't harden as much as the rest that sticks to your nail.Hope this helps anyone with questions !

I LOVE LOVE LOVE having my nails done but with inflation I'm just not willing to pay what it cost at the salon anymore. These semi cured gel strips are so easy to use and they look salon perfect. I did my toes in 30 mins and because these are extra long and my toe nails are small, I was able to complete both feet with just 4 strips. I can do my nails and feet for a fraction of the salon price and no one can tell I did it myself. Tip: If you like the fancy salon designs you can purchase decal stickers and add them like I did. These strips hold the decals well too for that added touch.

I am funny converted. I will continue to get manicures for shipping and a clean up but these will now be my go to. After reading the reviews I was a bit nervous about chipping or lack of shine. But I found if I cured them under the Uv light for double the time the shine got better. As well there were some who suggested stretching them a bit for a perfect fit. This was a great tip! The nails I didn’t do that for were the first to start to peel (after 3 weeks) vs the ones I stretched and got to every corner of my nail bed lasted 5 weeks. I chose to take them off then they would have lasted longer. These have last longer than many of my $100+ manicures. I love how fast it is to do and how many colours/patterns there are.Even my friends thought I had them professionally done when they saw them. Highly recommend.
